Mr. Stoddard received his Bachelor’s degree in Building Construction Management from the

University of Wisconsin-Platteville in 1979, and his MBA from the University of St. Thomas in

Mpls/St. Paul. Stoddard currently develops property and also developed and operated senior living

communities in southern Florida which he more recently sold.

Mr. Stoddard was on the Orono, MN Planning Commission for over six years, and cut his teeth in

the consulting and engineering field after graduating college before he founded and built Summit

Envirosolutions, Inc. into an “Inc. 500” company prior to selling. His previous work experience

was at Twin City Testing & Engineering, Inc. where he rose to Division VP, and at Delta

Environmental, Inc. as VP of Marketing & Business Development where he opened offices nationwide prior to founding Summit. 

Since 1997 Stoddard has focused exclusively on developing properties specializing in residential from

senior living communities to townhomes and luxury apartment buildings incorporating a host of

amenities including clubhouses, business centers, salons, exercise rooms, activity centers,

swimming pools and more.
